Update of New China Address
On 4 January 2022, we will be moving into a new China facility to accommodate all your packages.
Please note that by 1st February 2022 (23:59), the previous address will not be available for collection of any vPost packages. Please make your order with the updated China Address today!
We are officially relocating our China warehouse facility on 4th January 2022. Our new address is fully operational, and we are receiving packages to our new address even when you shipped to this new address today!
We highly recommend you update the China receiving address to our new address to ensure the collection of your china packages is efficient.
If you have already shipped out to the previous warehouse before 4th January 2022, shipments arriving at our previous warehouse will be processed as usual. However, we would recommend contacting your seller(s) and update your merchant address book to our new address before we cease our operation on 1st February 2022.
We will stop all collection from the previous facilities on 1st February 2022. All shipments that will be sent after the date will be rejected. Please get in touch with the seller to ship to the address of our new warehouse.
We would like you to check against all your China overseas merchants addresses and update the new address accordingly.

2When will the new vPost China address takes effect from?
This new address will take effect in 4th January 2022 onwards.
3What happened to all the packages received at the old address?
We will not be able to assist in retrieving any packages that was delivered to the old address after 1st February 2022, 23:59
4What will happen to packages that arrived at the old address on 1st February 2022 and onward?
By 1st February 2022, we will no longer receiving any packages being sent to the previous address.
You are required to check with your merchants on the locations of the packages and inform your merchants to send the packages to our new warehouse address.
5What if my packages are already in transit to the old address?
Please ensure you update your address book in your own merchant page to avoid delivery to the old address. We are unable to retrieve any packages after 1st February 2022.
