We hope you are well and safe at home.

The pandemic situation is constantly evolving all around the world. And although we have managed to keep our operations going in our overseas warehouse mostly since the start of Covid-19, we regret to inform you that due to the worsening situation in Malaysia, we will expect delays for up to a week behind our usual schedule in the processing and delivery of vPost packages from Malaysia to Singapore.

This means that any new arrival of your packages to your Malaysia vPost address will take a longer time for it to be processed and reflected in your customer dashboard. Shipments currently not processed out of Malaysia will also be delayed.

We ask for your patience in these difficult times and want to assure you that your packages are receiving our highest attention as we work through this together.
