We want to let you know what is happening to your packages and here are a few things you could do:

  • Opt for SMS notification when your shipments arrives at our USA/UK/Japan/China facility or when your packages are ready for payment to be shipped to Malaysia (Click here to learn more on how you can opt for this feature)
  • You can also keep track of your packages shipping status at this page
  • Do look out for any service updates to our service. If there is any changes or major disruptions, we will inform you straight away through the website and email.
  • Should you need more assistance about your packages, you may still reach out to us via chat, message or call our hotline 1605 (Press #4 for 'vPost').

vPost UK Shipments:

Please expect a week longer than our estimated date as we are facing an impact in capacity of flight from UK to Malaysia.

Affected packages:

For packages paid between 12 February to 17 February , original estimated delivery: 19 Feb 2021 - 25 Feb 2021
Current Status will be delivery: 8th March -11th March

For packages paid between 24th February to 27th February, original estimated delivery : 4th March - 10th March
Current Status estimated delivery: 8th March -11th March

Rest assured, we are in constant communication with vPost UK warehouse on this matter and we will provide updates as soon as it is released.
All affected customers will be notified via email directly.

vPost USA/UK/Japan/China

While our overseas facilities in USA, UK, Japan, China are fully functioning, please note that delays are expected.

Overall shipments via air is expected to be delayed due to limited international freight capacities and sea port congestion.

Please declare your packages correctly for Customs and Claims purposes, any improper declaration of contents or value may affect shipping and final delivery in Malaysia. Claims are assessed based on declared value.

Suspension of self-collection services at Post office with immediate effect

Please note that all self-collection of shipments at post offices will be unavailable.
