vPost Service Announcement - Status on Malaysia warehouse:
Processing and delivering vPost from Malaysia to Singapore is accepted for any incoming package.
However do expect 1 -2 delay in arrival of your packages to your Malaysia vPost address and reflect in your vPost Dashboard.
We ask for your patience in these difficult times and want to assure you that your packages receive our closest attention as we work through this together.

While our overseas facilities in USA, UK, Japan, China,Thailand, Taiwan, Australia and Indonesia are fully functioning, please note that delays are expected.
Overall shipments via air and sea are expected to be delayed due to limited international freight capacities and sea port congestion.
All Air Freight - You’re subjected to GST (7%) if the cost of shipping, insurance, and freight exceed S$400.
All goods imported via vPost sea and land freight are not granted GST relief. Should you need more information on GST, please visit Singapore Customs’ website.
Please declare your packages correctly for Customs and Claims purposes, any improper declaration of contents or value may affect shipping and final delivery in Singapore. Claims are assessed based on declared value.
Suspension of self-collection services at Post office with immediate effect
Please note that all self-collection of shipments at post offices will be unavailable.
You will still be able to select either home delivery or POPStation collection for your vPost shipments.

We want to let you know what is happening to your packages and here are a few things you could do:
- Opt for SMS notification when your shipments arrives at our USA/UK/Japan/China/Malaysia/Thailand/Taiwan/Australia/Indonesia facility or when your packages are ready for payment to be shipped to Singapore (Click here to learn more on how you can opt for this feature)
- You can also keep track of your packages shipping status at this page
- Do look out for any service updates to our service. If there is any changes or major disruptions, we will inform you straight away through the website and email.
