SOME DELAYS TO BE EXPECTED

The current COVID-19 pandemic is having a dramatic impact on the global aviation industry, resulting in significant reductions or cancellation of flights in most countries, including Singapore. Border control restrictions have also been imposed in some countries and we expect this situation to persist for a while.

Our overseas facilities that receives your packages for consolidation are also affected as restricted movements or lockdowns has also affected operations for the safety of staff during this period.

SUSPENSION OF vPOST MALAYSIA SERVICE

The Malaysia government has most recently enforced a Movement Control Order (MCO) for its citizens until 14 April 2020.

This has greatly affected the ability of our vPost Malaysia warehouse to operate.

It is with this in mind that we would be suspending our vPost Malaysia from 31 March 2020 till further notice. Therefore, during this period, please do not buy any items and have it sent to the Malaysia address as there could be no one to receive the packages and process them for delivery.

For those of you who have packages already in the warehouse, we will reach out to you with the arrangements to expedite them to you.
