Guide to Redirect your package (Domestic address only)
Once payment is completed.
You may either click to “Download Invoice” or should you require to make further arrangements for other packages, you may click “Go to Dashboard Page”.
As all necessary fees have been paid, we are preparing for the redirection now.
You can expect 3 upcoming emails notifications:
• You will first receive a payment confirmation email.
• The second email will notify you with the redirect tracking details once our team arranges for the delivery agent to pick up.
• You will receive a third notification email once the package has been handed over to the delivery agent.
Note: Please track the status of your redirect package using the provided tracking no. and courier agent for final delivery status.
Redirection is our new feature along with Returns Process.
We understand that not all merchants will be able to provide prepaid labels and the idea of changing your mind and you wish to ship back to your merchants or other local address.
Redirection fee would include the postage fee of a handling fee. The fees vary from different source countries.
Here are the redirection fees for all source countries. An admin fee of S$6.50 has been included to all source countries.

CHINA - S$8.50
MALAYSIA - S$10.00
THAILAND - S$13.00
TAIWAN - S$11.50
AUSTRALIA - S$25.00
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to track your package all the way till your designated address.
You may track the status of your redirect package using the provided tracking no. and courier agent.
