On 26 January 2023, we will be moving into a new Malaysia facility to accommodate all your packages.

Please note that by 25 January 2023 (17:00 Malaysia Time), the previous address will not be available for collection of any vPost packages. Please make your order with the updated Malaysia Address today!

We have officially relocated our vPost Malaysia warehouse facility. The old warehouse’s last day of operations will be 25 January 2023, 5pm (Malaysia time). We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The new vPost Malaysia warehouse address will be effective from 26 January 2023 onwards. We kindly seek your assistance in updating your receiving address to the new vPost Malaysia warehouse address, before the last day of operations, to ensure the process of your Malaysia packages is efficient.

We would recommend contacting your merchant(s) to update your receiving address to our new vPost Malaysia warehouse address before the last day of operations.

All shipments that are received at the old warehouse after the last day of operations will be rejected. Kindly contact your merchant(s) to deliver your packages to our new vPost Malaysia warehouse address.

4What if my packages are already in transit to or received at or delivered to the old address after 25 January 2022, 5pm?

We will need to make a special arrangement to transfer the packages from the old address to the new address. To avoid any delay or loss of packages in the process, we kindly seek your assistance to send your Malaysia packages to the new address and update the new vPost Malaysia address on your merchant website.

5Will there be any delay of processing of packages delivered to the new address?

Fret not, there will not be any delay in the process to the new address.

6What are the operation hours of the new warehouse?

The operation hours will be Mon to Fri: 0900 hours to 1700 hours (Malaysia time).

7Where else can I locate the new vPost Malaysia address?

The address can be found in your account under “My Addresses (Malaysia)"

The old warehouse’s last day of operations will be 25 January 2023, 5pm (Malaysia time) and all packages addressed to this location will be regarded as abandoned packages without any future notice. vPost will not be liable for any losses that package sent to the old address.
