Update of New UK Address
On 1 December 2020, we have moved into a new UK facility to accommodate all your packages.
Please note that by 30th June (23:59), the previous address will not be available for collection of any vPost packages. Please make your order with the updated UK Address today!
A final reminder that we have shifted our UK warehouse address in December 2020.Please update your UK overseas merchants that is reflected on your member’s portal UK address.
By updating the new UK address, would speed up the collection of your UK packages. We will stop all collection from the previous facilities by the end of 30th June 2021.
We would like you to check against all your UK overseas merchants address book and
update the new address accordingly.

the details can found in your account under "My Addresses (UK)".

2When will the new vPost UK address takes effect from?
This new address will take effect in 1 December 2020 onwards.
3What happened to all the packages received at the old address?
We will not be able to assist in retrieving any packages that was delivered to the old address after 30 June 2021, 23:59
4What will happen to packages that arrived at the old address on 30 June and onward?
By 30 June 2021, we will no longer receiving any packages being sent to the previous address.
You are required to check with your merchants on the locations of the packages and inform your merchants to send the packages to our new warehouse address.
5What if my packages are already in transit to the old address?
Please ensure you update your address book in your own merchant page to avoid delivery to the old address. We are unable to retrieve any packages after 30 June 2021.
