What happens if I forget my vPost password?

If you have forgotten your vPost password or it is not working for some reason, please follow the steps below:

1. At the sign-in page, click on ‘Forgot password?’
2. Enter the email address that you have registered for.
3. Click on the “Send me to reset password instructions” button.
4. We will send an email containing your password to the email address specified in your profile.
