Dear Customers, We hope you are well and safe at home. We regret to inform you that due to the worsening situation in Malaysia, there will be an immediate closure on our Malaysia warehouse. Any paid packages as of 2nd July will be shipped out as soon. There will be a two-week delay behind our usual schedule in the processing and delivering vPost from Malaysia to Singapore for any other new incoming package. This means that any new arrival of your packages to your Malaysia vPost address will take a longer time for it to be processed and reflected in your customer dashboard. And although we have managed to keep our operations going in our overseas warehouse mostly since the start of Covid-19, we regret to inform you that due to the worsening situation in Malaysia, we will expect delays for up to a week behind our usual schedule in the processing and delivery of vPost packages from Malaysia to Singapore. This means that any new arrival of your packages to your Malaysia vPost address will take a longer time for it to be processed and reflected in your customer dashboard. Shipments currently not processed out of Malaysia will also be delayed. 17 May • Shipment delays due to Covid-19 - USA to SG
Thank you for using vPost. We are approximately 10 working days behind schedule in processing vPost packages from USA (Air) to designated drop-off point in Singapore. This is due to cargo backlog and congestion while transiting from USA (Air) that prolonged the shipping arrival to Singapore. Rest assured, we are in constant communication with USA warehouse on this matter and we will provide updates as soon as it is released. We will also reach out directly to all the affected customers via email. Please be assured that your package(s) is receiving our highest attention priority now. 12 May • Lower Rates for UK Shipment starting on 17th May!
Dear Customers, Thank you for using vPost! We have been working hard to maintain our level of service and prices despite the ongoing pandemic where air transportation and other costs have escalated. However, you would be pleased to know that not only are we maintaining our rates for most of our lanes, we are even reducing sharply the shipping charges from UK to Singapore from 17th May 2021! New UK to Singapore Rates The current Base Charge of $23.00 will be reduced to $13.00 The per 100g charge of $1.25 will be reduced to $1.15 Note: Minimum chargeable weight for Air Freight is 0.5kg per package and an incremental weight break of 0.1kg thereafter. Invoice will be based on the chargeable weight. Chargeable to whichever weight is higher. This new rates will be based on chargeable weight – like the Standard service rates for US to Singapore. This means that the new price structure is based on volumetric or actual weight – whichever is higher. However, this should still see great savings when you shop from UK. So what are you waiting for? 5 May • Payment Issues
Dear Customers, We just launched the re-designed customer dashboard and hope you enjoy the much improved interface and experience. While many of our vPost customers are very positive with these new changes, a very small minority are having issues with making payments, especially on mobile devices like your smart phones or tablets. Should you face any difficulties in making payment for your shipments on your mobile using your usual credit card, we recommend that you make the payment via PayPal or use a desktop/pc. We do apologize for this technical glitch and we are working feverishly to resolve this issue that only affects a small number of you.
