On 1 July 2025, we have moved into a new USA facility to accommodate all your packages.

Please note that we will be relocating our warehouse in the United States to a new location, allowing us to serve you even better, with the new facility becoming operational on 1 July 2025.

2When does the new warehouse address take effect?
The new Warehouse 2 address will officially be in use from 01 July 2025.
3What happens to packages sent to the old address?
Any packages delivered to the old address after 31 July 2025, 23:59 will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we will not be able to assist in retrieving or redirecting them.
4Can packages still be sent to the old address after July 2025?
No. Starting 31 July 2025 at 23:59, we will stop accepting all packages sent to the old address. Please update your shipping information with your merchants and ensure all future packages are sent to the new warehouse address.
5What if my package is already in transit to the old address?
If your package is already on its way to the old address, please contact your merchant
immediately to update the shipping details.
Packages delivered to the old location after 31 July 2025 cannot be retrieved, and vPost will not be liable for any losses. Unfortunately, no exceptions or special requests can be accommodated.
