Important Update: Australia-bound shipments now route through Portland
From now on, all Australia-bound orders should be sent to our Portland, Oregon warehouse. The Delaware address has been removed from vPost as we consolidate AUS deliveries through a single facility for more consistent handling and processing.
What this means for you:
- Update your shipping address. If you have the Delaware address saved with any US merchant, please change it to the Portland address before your next order.
- Packages already sent to Delaware are fine. Anything in transit or already received will be processed and forwarded as usual. No action needed.
- Nothing else changes. Delivery timelines, shipping rates, and return processes stay the same, all as published on the vPost website. Oregon is also a tax-free state, so there's no change to US sales tax on your purchases.
- Delaware isn't closing. The facility remains fully operational; we're simply directing new Australia-bound orders to Portland.
