From 24 August 2022, we will be suspending all shipping services from the following source countries/territories to Australia until further notice:
Suspended Source Countries to Australia:
- United Kingdom
- Japan
- China
- Malaysia
- Singapore
- Taiwan
- Thailand
- Indonesia
Please note that vPost services from the USA to Australia remain unaffected.
The suspension is due to excessively high freight costs for these services which make the current services unsustainable, despite introduction of fuel surcharges. As such, we have taken the difficult decision to suspend these services.
Customers with packages at vPost warehouses in the above affected locations must ship their packages and make payment by 23 August 2022, 23.59H (AEST).
Please note that after this time, all packages can only be returned or redirected using our return/redirection service. Customers with packages in our vPost warehouses on or after 24 August 2022 must return/redirect their packages by 30 November 2022.
