Yes, I’m excited! I just carted out my parcel from my overseas merchants. Should I notify the vPOST team to keep a lookout?
Welcome to global shopping! We’re as excited as you are to get that parcel into your hands as soon as possible. But the answer is no, there’s no manual chasing needed. You don’t have to inform us as our technology seamlessly identifies your parcel and notifies you via email once your parcel reaches our warehouse.
In the event your packages are not in your account, you can use the “Find My Package” function to check if they could have been processed as Unassigned, as there may not be any vPOST account number on the package. This function can be also be located under “My Shopping” in your account.

Keep track of all the packages that you have purchased. Once all of them are in your vPost account, you can log in and make a one-time payment to save on the base charge. Before doing so, be sure to select your preferred Singapore address, or opt to collect the packages at your nearest POPStation.
The address you need to enter will be the unique shipping address that can be found in your vPOST account under “My Address”. There will be a total of four different country addresses; choose the one you are shipping your items from.
Packages will be processed into your account 1-2 business days after date of delivery into our warehouse. To understand the flow of your international shipping, we have an in-depth explanation here.
