Sign up with the details shown below. Deliver your overseas shopping to your free personalised vPost overseas address and we will ship your package(s) to you.
A verification email will be sent to you upon signing up. Click to activate your account.
Log in to your vPost Account. You will be able to find the full address that contains a unique code starting with SGXXXXXXXX within your account (under “My Addresses”). Click on your preferred source country to view your free personalised vPost overseas address

Enter the **VP number and vPost Overseas Address as shown below. The **VP number has to be shown as Name and Address Line 2 when entering onto the Merchant page .
**The VP number is how vPost can locate your individual package(s).
You’ll be notified, via email, once your package(s) has arrived at our vPost overseas warehouse.
*Side Note: Should your merchant delivery status reflects "delivered". Typically it requires at least 2 working days for your package(s) to be reflected on your dashboard.
Log In to your vPost account, click on source country to locate your package(s).
Select "Action Required" tab to declare your package(s)
After declaration, Your package(s) will appear on "Ready to Ship" tab
POPStation label means: You can select POPStation as your delivery address
Tips: Save on shipping when you select your packages to be shipped together. No Base Charge will be applied from your 2nd package onwards, to maximise your savings when you start bundling
