What is Chargeable weight?

Chargeable Weight is the Actual Gross Weight or the Volumetric Weight of the shipment – whichever is the greater

For Air Freight, *chargeable weight is Every 0.5kg Per Package and thereafter. Invoice will be based on the chargeable weight.

Shipping Tip: As per freight industry practice, the chargeable weight of a package is calculated based on Volumetric or Actual weight, whichever is higher.
Volumetric weight of a package is a calculation that reveals the density of a package and we use the below formula to derive the volumetric weight of a package:
Volumetric weight = [length(cm) x width(cm) x height(cm) ] / 5,000cm
You can advise your merchant to ensure proper packaging or pack your purchase into a smallest possible box.

If you are shopping online in Europe and shipping to our UK warehouse, please note the following:

  • We are unable to accept any package delivered to our UK warehouse that requires the payment of tax upon delivery. There shall be no waiver or exceptional handling.
  • Our UK warehouse will not be responsible for any customs fees. Please ensure that these fees are paid prior to delivery, and do not select any “Pay on Delivery” option.
  • We are not liable for any packages that are held at UK Customs if the correct taxes has not been paid.
#Bundling discount applies to 2nd and subsequent packages onwards in one invoice. The lowest price package will be selected as the first by default, providing the maximum value.
