What do you need to know about this change?

1When will the new Australia warehouse address takes effect from?
The new warehouse address will take effect from 27 October 2025 onwards.
2What happened to all the packages received at the old address?
Packages will be returned back to sender and we will not be able to assist in retrieving any packages that was delivered to the old address after 31 October 2025, 23:59
3What will happen to packages that arrived at the old address from 31 October 2025 onwards?
By 31 October 2025, we will no longer receiving any packages being sent to the previous address. You are required to check with your merchants on the locations of the packages and inform your merchants to send the packages to our warehouse address.
4What if my packages are already in transit to the old address?
Please ensure you update your address book in your own merchant page to avoid delivery to the old address. We are unable to retrieve any packages after 31 October 2025.
