With vPost, there is no need for you to provide us the shipping information prior to the packages arriving at our warehouse.
Once your packages arrive with the VP ID correctly indicated in the delivery address, you will receive an email notifying you that you may log into your account to declare your packages.
Please ensure to declare your packages correctly for Customs and Claims purposes.
Any packages without declaration or with misleading information in the declaration will affect the shipping and delivery process in Australia.
After declaration, Your packages will appear on “Ready to Ship” .
Select all your packages to make the payment based on shipping mode selected.
Tips: Save on shipping when you select your packages to be shipped together. No Base Charge will be applied from your 2nd package onwards, to maximise your savings when you start bundling
