Action Required / Declare Packages
Email vPost your Retailer Invoice
Please send us your retailer invoice after submitting your declaration. For more information, please click here
Packages that have arrived at an overseas warehouse.
To declare all packages for customs and clearance purposes or request for return/redirect of the packages.
Click on ‘Action Required’ section via Dashboard.
Clicked on ‘Action Required’ link, you will be brought to this page whereby you would need to filter by source country e.g. USA, to view the package(s) that requires further action.
E.g. “USA (1)” is an indication of 1 package for Action Required under that Source Country, etc.
Select Overseas Country: You will also be notified, via email, once package(s) has arrived at our vPost overseas warehouse. Log In to vPost account, click on “Action Required” under My Packages.
Once you've selected source country e.g. USA, you will be able to view the package(s) that requires further action. E.g. Declaration.
E.g. “USA (1)” is an indication of 1 package for Action Required under that Source Country.
To make package declaration, you need to click on Declare button for each box.
Declare Packages and Value:
Select and enter the following details & click ‘’Submit Declaration”:
- Category of the package
- Product Type
- Others - If you wish to provide more details of the package.
- Invoice Value - This is the *value of your product that you have purchased directly from the merchant. *Please do that you are to declare the value of the packages correctly for customs clearance and claims purposes. We will base any liabilities and vCare claims ONLY on this declared value.
