Unable to Ship

Oversized, Dangerous/Partial Dangerous Goods Packages will appear in Unable to Ship section.

You may view these packages via clicking on the Unable to Ship icon from the Dashboard or from the left navigation bar.

You will also receive notification emails for this.

Clicked Unable to Ship via Dashboard, you will need to select a source country e.g. USA you will be able to view the package(s) that was unable to be shipped.
E.g. “USA (1)”  is an indication of number of package(s) that was unable to be shipped from those source countries respectively.
