Return Package (Self Help)

This feature is only applicable for Domestic Returns with Prepaid Postage Label from merchant, and not applicable to international returns.
The return form serves only as authorization from the merchant and does not cover postage fees.
We are not responsible for any delays in the return process once the return has been handed to the carrier. Please monitor the return shipment using the tracking details provided by your carrier.
Step 1: Select your package that you wish to return by clicking on Return Icon

Package remarks can be toggled by clicking on the dropdown arrow icon.

Step 2: Upload a prepaid return label (provided by merchant) and select Payment Method (Visa/Master/PayPal only). Click Pay & Process Return to pay $6.50 fixed fee.

Merchant's Return Label: Upload merchant Return Label (Only PDF File).

Payment Method: Enter credit/debit card details. (We accept payment via Credit/Debit Card or PayPal)

Return Summary Total: There will be a fixed fee of *S$6.50 for this request. Click “Pay & Process Return”.

*Note: No waiver will be given for return request.

Step 3: Upon successfully payment for Return request, you will be able to see a payment confirmation, you may also download a copy of Invoice for this payment.

Step 4: Upon successful payment, you can expect 3 upcoming emails notifications on the Return request:
  1. You will first receive a payment confirmation email.
  2. The second email will notify you with the return tracking details once our team arranges for the delivery agent to pick up.
  3. You will receive a third notification email once the package has been handed over to the delivery agent.
