3. Last Day of Operation: Please be informed that the last day of operation at our current USA warehouse 1 is 15 March 2024. Therefore, any orders placed after this date may not be processed or shipped.

2When will the new vPost USA warehouse 1 address takes effect from?
This new warehouse 1 address will take effect in 18 March 2024 onwards.
3What happened to all the packages received at the old address?
We will not be able to assist in retrieving any packages that was delivered to the old address after 15 March 2024, 23:59
4What will happen to packages that arrived at the old address on 18 March 2024 and onward?
By 15 March 2024, we will no longer receiving any packages being sent to the previous address.
You are required to check with your merchants on the locations of the packages and inform your merchants to send the packages to our new warehouse 1 address.
5What if my packages are already in transit to the old address?
Please ensure you update your address book in your own merchant page to avoid delivery to the old address. We are unable to retrieve any packages after 15 March 2024.
