Warehouse Address
On 01 January 2025, we will be relocating to a new facility in Thailand to better accommodate all your packages.
We have some important news to share regarding our warehouse operations at Thailand Merchants. Read more to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
1. Change of Thailand Warehouse Address: We are excited to announce that we will relocate our warehouse to a more spacious and efficient facility. A new warehouse address has been established to enhance our services and improve operational efficiency, effective 01 January 2025. Please update your information to reflect the new Thailand warehouse address:

2. We are relocating our Thailand warehouse facility. To avoid any potential delivery issues, please use the new address starting from 20 December 2024. Until then, please continue to send any shipments to our current address.
3. Last day of operations at the old address: 31 December 2024.
The old address will no longer be valid for receiving parcels and any orders placed after this date will not be processed or shipped.

What do you need to know about this change?
1When will the new Thailand warehouse address takes effect from?
The new warehouse address will take effect from 01 January 2025 onwards.
2What happened to all the packages received at the old address?
Packages will be returned back to sender and we will not be able to assist in retrieving any packages that was delivered to the old address after 31 December 2024.
3What will happen to packages that arrived at the old address from 31 December 2024 onwards?
By 31 December 2024, we will no longer receiving any packages being sent to the previous address.
You are required to check with your merchants on the locations of the packages and inform your merchants to send the packages to our warehouse address.
4What if my packages are already in transit to the old address?
Please ensure you update your address book in your own merchant page to avoid delivery to the old address. We are unable to retrieve any packages after 31 December 2024.
