Clickable links sent in vPost email communication will contain domain names that reflect our company name (e.g. https://vpost.com/sg/deals-events/). For domain names that reflect the names of products, services or activities that belong to third-party partners (e.g. brands, affiliates partners) will bear the originator or source of the links (e.g. NTUC Link for http://link.sg/ , Standard Chartered Bank for http://sc.com/sg ). These can be easily identified and verified by you, the customer.

We will send you updated information on transactional or marketing related through our legitimate domain, enews.vpost.com. They will not be sent from personal email accounts such as Hotmail, Gmail, or other unfamiliar email domains.

No, we do not allow the transfer of packages. All packages will be processed accordingly to the vPost account number that is stated in the invoice/shipping label on the package. If you have difficulties logging in to your vPost account, please contact us for further assistance.
Yes, you can do so, however, there will be an admin fee of S$10 per package will be payable for the process of this transfer. Verifications will also be done to ensure that the package(s) belong to the rightful owner.
If you have forgotten your vPost password or it is not working for some reason, please follow the steps below:
- At the sign-in page, click on ‘Forgot password?’
- Enter the email address that you have registered for.
- Click on the “Send me to reset password instructions” button.
- We will send an email containing your password to the email address specified in your profile.

Simply sign in to your vPost account and the option to change your password will be available under ‘My Account’ tab.

If you did not receive the activation email, please follow the steps below.
- Click here to request for the activation email to be resent to you.
- Enter the email address you used to sign up.
- Click on “Resend confirmation instructions”.
Alternatively, you can contact us, and we will resend the activation email for you.
After signing up for an account with us, we will send in an email with a confirmation link to the email address you used to register. Click on “Activate My Account”, and you will be automatically logged in.
Kindly activate your account within 3 days from receipt of the activation email.
